The death has occurred of Olivia Jordan (née O'Neill) of Ballaghmore, Ballon, Carlow / Myshall, Carlow.

Olivia passed away peacefully after an illness bravely borne on January 27th, 2024.

Predeceased by her loving husband Peadar. Oli, adored mother of Peter and daughter of Danny & Tess & sister of Dan, Mary, Jimmy, Gretta, Claire & Treasa and her special niece Danielle. Deeply regretted by her heartbroken son, parents, sisters, brothers, brothers in law, sisters in-law, nephews, nieces, Aunts, Uncles, extended family & her wonderful neighbours and her many friends.

Reposing in her Home (R93 DR52) on Sunday evening from 6.30pm and on Monday from 2pm concluding with prayers at 8pm.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 2pm in the Church of the Holy Cross, Myshall followed by burial in Lismaconly Cemetery.

Family Flowers Only. Donations if desired to the Carlow/Kilkenny Home Care.

The death has occurred of Catherine (Kitty) Byrne (née Doyle) of Cournellan, Borris, Carlow.

Catherine passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Borris Lodge Nursing Home on Sunday, 28th of January 2024.

Predeceased by her husband Bill, her daughter Attracta, her brother Martin and sister Mary also her daughters-in-law Mary and Eileen. Sadly missed by her loving sons Eddie, John and Liam. Daughters Breda Tracey, Mary Hanlon, Margaret Joyce Kay Deegan and Geraldine Joyce, daughter in law, sons in law, her twenty grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, very good neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her residence Cournellan, Borris, (R95R27) today Monday from 4pm.

Removal to St Patrick's Church, Ballymurphy, on Tuesday evening to arrive at 7.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
