The death has occurred of Alexander Galkin of 7 Hanover Place, Carlow and formerly of Latvia.
Alexander passed away unexpectedly on December 2nd, 2023, at St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny.
He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family and friends.

Reposing at Carpenters Funeral Home, Shamrock Square, Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) on Wednesday, December 6th, from 12 noon until 1pm. A Private Cremation will take place afterwards.
The death has occurred of May Lyons (née Byrne) of Clonmore, Killeshin, Carlow / Killeshin, Laois.
May passed away peacefully December 4th 2023 in the gentle care of the Sacred Heart Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Davy and much loved mother of Michael, Marie and the late David. Sadly missed by her loving son, daughter, son-in-law Milton, grandson David, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Thursday from 3pm concluding with prayers at 8pm.
Removal on Friday afternoon to the Holy Cross Church, Killeshin to arrive for funeral Mass at 2pm.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Edith (Edie) Hatton (née Bayley) of Bendenstown, Rathoe, Carlow.
Edie passed away peacefully and in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Borris Lodge Nursing Home, yesterday December 4th, 2023. Predeceased by her husband Robbie, beloved mother of Alan and Ivan, daughters-in-law Helen and Lynda, and adored grandmother of Alex, Julie, Alice, Ross, Robyn and Lily, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbors.
