Tributes paid to Carlow man who was a 'true gentlemen' following his passing
Pat (Patrick) Hogan - Monday 16th September 2024
Tributes have been paid following the passing of Pat (Patrick) Hogan of Rathnashannagh, Bennekerry, Carlow, R93 VF86.
Pat passed away suddenly but peacefully at his home on September 16th 2024.
Predeceased by his parents James and Kathleen, brother-in-law Matty Kelly, Blackwater & sister-in-law Maureen .
Pat beloved husband of Bridie and adored father of Nigel.
Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife, son, Nigel's partner Saoirse, brother Seamus, sisters Brigid and Kathleen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and Pat's many friends.
Tributes have been paid on the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows:
"Nigel, Bridie & all the Hogan family, My sincerest condolences to you all on the untimely passing of Pat. A true gentleman that I feel very fortunate to have gotten to known over the years. It’s with a very heavy heart I say RIP Pat. “The world could only be a better place with more Pat Hogans in it”
Another reads: "Heartfelt condolences to Bridie , Nigel and the extended family on the very sad loss of Pat. Keeping you in our prayers during this difficult time.

Funeral Arrangements
Reposing at his home on Thursday from 12 noon concluding with prayers at 8pm.
Removal on Friday morning to arrive at Saint Patrick's Church, Rathoe for 12 noon Requiem Mass,
followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
