Tributes paid to Carlow woman who was 'always a very nice lady' following her passing

Tributes have been paid following the passing of Teresa Hennessy (née Byrne) of Station House, Milford, Carlow.
Teresa died peacefully at home, the day after her 92nd birthday on the 3rd of April 2025.

Predeceased by her husband Peter and grandson Ben. Beloved mother of Marie and P.J. Sadly missed by her loving daughter, son, daughter-in-law Marese, grandsons Harry and Peter, nephews, nieces, Noel, cousin, neighbours and friends.
Tributes have been paid in the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows:
"Deepest sympathy To Marie & PJ & all the Family, We knew Mrs Hennessy a very long time in Pollerton Road & always meeting her in town Always a very Nice Lady .May her gentle soul Rest In peace "
Another reads:

Funeral Arrangements.
Reposing at her home (R93 NV20) on Friday (April 4th) from 3pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St. Joseph’s Church, Tinryland. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
