GALLERY: First Tullow Road fun run a great success and community 'looking forward to next year'

Well done to all involved

The inaugural Tullow Road Family Fun Run/Walk was a great success last Friday evening and Carlow Live has compiled a selection of photos from the community event.

Rose Dooley, chairperson of the Tullow Road Community Development Group, said: "It was a great evening for all the families that came out for our first family fun run/walk.

"Everyone enjoyed it and thanks to those who organised it, thanks to Carlow County Development Partnership, Carlow County Council and to Dolmen Celtic for marshalling, and the Gardai for assisting with traffic as well. Looking forward to next year."

Organisers of the fun run/walk were Nina White, Ciara Dowling, Lisa Brooks and Ann Shannon.
