'A Cup of Tea'' is a community arts project focusing on community and cultural participation and engagement in Tullow and it now boasts an exhibition at VISUAL in Carlow.
By bringing together a multicultural group, that is local and inclusive yet universal in the ritual of sharing a cup of tea together, participants are designing and making decorative art teapots during the 12 workshop classes.
Forwards Steps Family Resource Centre project ''A Cup of Tea'' started in September 2018. It is led by polymer clay artist Liga Valge and documented by artist Clare Breen.
Forward Steps Family Resource Centre Community Art Project and Exhibition launched at VISUAL on January 8, 2019.
The exhibition runs from January 8 - 13.
