The lands are laid out in five parcels in South Carlow on the Kilkenny/Wexford boarder and are located 1.5km km from the village of Ballymurphy.
They are accessed from the local Mullinagowan/Ballyglisheen & Knock road via the R703/2.
They are mid-way between the M9 and N11/N80.
