Following an appeal for information on the burglary of Graigue GAA Club a teen has been arrested
Carlow Gardaí have announced, following an appeal, that a teenager has been arrested for burglary of Graiguecullen club house and theft of two vehicles.
Carlow Gardaí's statement on the matter:
Following a burglary of Graiguecullen GAA Club in the early hours of Monday morning, 6th May, as part of their investigations, Carlow Gardai conducted a search of a property in the town on 15th May in connection with the incident. A male in his late teens was arrested and detained for questioning at Carlow Garda Station. This male was subsequently charged with the burglary of the GAA Club along with three other charges, including damaging a car and with the theft of property from two other vehicles, all on the same date, 6th May. He is due to appear before the local district court in the coming weeks. Carlow Gardai would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter following their earlier appeal for information into these crimes.
