Carlow Pride Festival have announced a new Sensory Sanctuary at this years Carlow Pride Festival.
The brand new Sensory Sanctuary at this years pride festival aims to offer a peaceful retreat away from the noise, crowds, and visual stimulation of the celebration and give people an opportunity to enter a mellow, calm, and welcoming environment.
This space has been craft for those who find the large crowds and noises of the festival overwhelming and give them a chance to take a break and recharge.
From the Carlow Pride Festival:
1. Quiet Zones: Comfortable seating areas are spread across the space, allowing visitors to sit, relax, and enjoy some quiet time. Soft lighting and calming colors are used to create a soothing ambiance, free from the sensory overload that can accompany large events.
