Planning permission has been refused for the demolition of of a two storey derelict dwelling to construct 6 two storey detached dwellings on the Hanover Road in Carlow.

The planning permission was made by Dunneace Construction Limited. The planning permission application was received in September 2023 and was refused by Carlow County Council on the 24th of May 2024. 

The full extent of the works are detailed as follows:

Planning permission to demolish existing two storey derelict dwelling and construct 6 two storey detached dwellings, connection to existing services, new site entrance and boundary treatments, street lighting and general landscaping with all associated site work and drainage at Hanover Road, Carlow.
