Loughmartin, Tullowbeg, Tullow
Planning permission has been received by Carlow County Council for the erection of a new warehouse at the Loghmartin Industrial estate in Tullow, County Carlow.
The planning is sought by The Self Storage Yard Limited and was received by the council on 11th of June 2024.
The planning permission application includes:
The erection of a warehouse building, external signage, and all auxiliary accommodation.
A self storage facility to the rear consisting of container units.
The erection of paladin fencing to site boundaries including entrance gates together with all associated site works and landscaping at Loughmartin Business park.
The planning application is currently in the pre validation phase of works.
The Carlow County Council is set to make a decision on the works on the 5th of August 2024.
