Popular Tullow Restaurant has confirmed that it has been sold

Popular restaurant 'The River Bank Restaurant' on Mill Street, Tullow, County Carlow has confirmed it has been sold in a recent social media post.

"Good morning everyone. So as you know, this is Sharon here from the River Bank Restaurant. So I came on this morning with just a little announcement. The the restaurant has been sold."

So, yeah, this is a big shock for everyone, but, the restaurant is sold. I'm looking forward to seeing you all within the next three weeks. My finishing date is, and around the second of July, if all going to plan."

"I just wanted to come on and say thank you for your continued support throughout the last 16 years, thanks to all the staff I've had here from day one up to the present moment, they've all been amazing. You know, it's a lot to take in at the moment for me, but I enjoyed my time here, but as I said, I am finishing hopefully in and around the second of July."

"We will We will chat I'm sure, we will have lots of chats here in the restaurant between now and then. We are going away on next Wednesday. We are bringing the girls off to Belfast for a concert. So we will not be here on Wednesday, but every other day, it's business as normal and looking forward to the smiles and the laughs. Thank you."
