Carlow County Council have received a planning application for a new Off-Licence to be added to existing service station in Borris, County Carlow.

The planning application was received by the Carlow County Council on the 13th of August 2024.
The service station is located on at Factory Cross in Borris, County Carlow, R95 W14F.
The works are listed as follows:
The permission is for a change of use of existing retail area to retail area with ancillary office Off-Licence Use and provision of a new emergency escape door to rear elevation of existing service station and to include all associated ancillary works at Factory Cross, Borris, County Carlow.
The decision is set to be made by the Carlow County Council on the 7th of October 2024.
