Highs of 14 to 16 degrees
Met Éireann have provided their daily weather forecast for County Carlow and surrounding areas for the day. A dull overcast start to the day but looking at the forecast, that will hopefully pass.
Firstly looking at today's weather forecast by Met Éíreann:
"A rather cloudy and wet start this morning with some patchy mist and fog clearing away. Outbreaks of rain and drizzle will gradually clear later this afternoon leaving a mix of cloudy periods and some clear spells. Feeling a little cooler with highs of 14 to 16 degrees and light winds."

This evening: "Staying largely dry this evening with good clear spells and light winds. Lowest temperatures of 6 to 8 degrees."
Tomorrow: "Mostly cloudy and largely dry but a few light showers will drift over in a light northwesterly breeze. Highest temperatures of 15 to 17 degrees."
Tuesday evening: "Quite a cloudy night in store with scattered showers drifting down over the country. A light northeasterly breeze and lowest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees.
An early look to Wednesday: "A cloudy start then with some lingering showers slowly clearing. Some bright or sunny spells will develop at times during the afternoon but a few more showers will push in over the south and west. Feeling cooler too with highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees and moderate northerly breezes."
