Two garages in County Carlow have applied for planning permission for the addition of an off licence to be added to their premises.

Both the garages applied for planning permission to the Carlow County Council on the 17th of September 2024.

The two garages that have applied for the planning permission are firstly, XL Chaff Street in Graiguecullen, Carlow, R93H1K7.

Secondly, is Daybreak, Oakview, Athy Road, Carlow, County Carlow, R93KX72.

Looking firstly at the works proposed for XL Chaff Street:

Extension of existing shop into adjoining premises with permission for the change of use of part of existing shop for use as an off licence to sell alcohol (beers, wines, and spirits), permission to amend the existing front facade of existing development and all associated site works at XL Chaff Street.

Then looking at the Daybreak, Oakview on the Athy Road in Carlow, R93KX72:

For the change of use of part of existing shop for use as an off licence to sell alcohol and all associated site works at Daybreak.
