Carlow County Council have received a planning application for the change of use of an existing fast food premises to change into a single domestic unit.

The planning application was received by the Carlow County Council on the 18th of October 2024.

The details of the planning application are as follows:

The change of use of premises from an existing fast food take away with adjoining domestic accommodation to use as a single domestic unit.

And to include changes to elevations, demolition of an existing single storey extension to the rear of the elevation, internal alterations and all associated site works.

The location of the works is proposed for 31 Castle Hill, Graiguecullen, County Carlow.

The planning application has decision due date by the Carlow County Council on the 12th of December 2024.
