Carlow Council make compulsory acquisition order for 38 Kennedy Street in Carlow Town.

The vesting order was made by the Carlow County Council on the 15th of November 2024.

The derelict site mentioned above will on the 11th of December VEST in the Council.

From the vesting order made by the Carlow Council:

"ALL THAT AND THOSE the site and property known as 38 Kennedy Street, Carlow, R93Y060 situate on the south side of Coalmarket being part of the Townland of Carlow and Barony of Carlow, being All of the Property comprised in Folio CW9354F of the Register of Ownership of Freehold Land in County Carlow.

The official seal of Carlow County Council was affixed to the Vesting Order on 15th November 2024.

Any person who, immediately before the making of the above Order, had any estate or interest in or right in respect of the land acquired may apply to Carlow County Council not later than twelve months after the making of the said Order for compensation in respect of the estate, interest or right."
