Carlow County Council have received a planning application for the change of use of an existing public house to the use of two apartments.

The planning application was received on the 11th of December 2024. The location of the planning permission is at Dicey Reilly's on Centaur Street, Carlow, R93 HF70.

The planning application was made by Michael O’ Reilly and the decision is expected to be made by the Carlow County Council on the 13th of February 2025.

The details of the planning application are as follows:

The change of use of an existing public house to use as two self-contained apartments.

Change of use of an existing ground floor store to use as a retail unit, change of use of an existing first floor smoking area to use as a retail unit, and all associated site works
