Carlow County Council have received a planning application for 14 new homes to be built in County Carlow.
The location for the new build homes is proposed to take place in Eaglehill, Hacketstown, County Carlow.
The application was received by the Carlow County Council on the 15th of January 2025.
The application to the Council was made by John Connolly.

The details of the planning permission are as follows:
Proposed residential development (13 No. dwellings) comprising of:
Four, 4 bedroom detached dormer dwellings
Four, 3 bedroom detached bungalow/ dormer dwellings (with optional attic conversion to 4th bedroom).
And finally, five, 3 bedroom detached bungalows together with associated site development works including site services, estate roads, footpaths, public open space, landscaping, boundary treatment and pedestrian/ cycle link though site with access and entrances onto Eagle Hill Road. The application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)
A decision is due to be made by the Carlow County Council on the 11th of March 2025.
