Carlow County Council is close to a decision for a planning appliction for the construction of 14 new homes to be built in a development in County Carlow.
The planning permission is sought by Dunneace Construction Limited and was received by Carlow County Council on the 24th of June 2024.
The decision is set to be made by the Carlow County Council on the 3rd February 2025.

The proposed location for the works is at the Limegrove estate in Palatine, County Carlow.
The planning permission of the proposed works by Dunneace Construction Limited include the construction of 14 semi detached two storey dwellings, that are consisting number 8 four bed semi detached houses, and number 6 three bed semi detached.
With connection to existing onsite services, associated private car parking spaces, boundary treatments, street lighting, and all associated site works at Limegrove, Palatine, County Carlow.
As all of the proposed units are semi detached it is also proposed that bicycles can be parked in the rear gardens of the properties and would also be recommended for bin storage.
A decision is set to be made by the Carlow County Council on the 3rd of February 2025 and updates of that can be found here on Carlow Live and when a decision has been made on the planning application.
