As part of Operation Tara, Gardaí in County Carlow arrested a man and seized cocaine worth €7,000 at his home following the arrest.
The incident occurred on the 31st of January 2025, and occurred in the Leighlinbridge area of County Carlow.

As part of Operation Tara Gardaì attached to the divisional drugs unit stopped a vehicle acting suspiciously in the Leighlinbridge area of Carlow last night.
A male was arrested in possession of a quantity of cocaine. During a follow up search of a house in the area a further €7,000 worth of cocaine was seized.
Drugs Ruin Lives, break up families and tear our communities apart. If you see anything suspicious please report it to your local Garda station.
