Young girl proves 'Not all superheroes wear capes' by raising funds for Carlow Dog Shelter

A young girl, named Aine, in a heartwarming story has raised money by selling coffees to buy treats and goodies to donate to the Carlow Kilkenny Dog Shelter.

The Carlow Kilkenny Dog Shelter is located in Garryduff, Paulstown, County Kilkenny. The donation included dog food and other goodies for the dogs to enjoy.

The post made by the Carlow Kilkenny Dog Shelter on Facebook reads:

"THANKS SO MUCH AINE 
She came to the shelter over the weekend with treats and goodies for the dogs which she bought with the money she raised from selling coffees. A very generous and kind girl to think of the shelter dogs"

Comments under the post read as follows:

"Bless you, Aine. You are an example for your friends to follow."

Another reads: "Legend. Not all superheroes wear capes"

An amazing gesture that is sure to help out the shelter.
