The decision by the Carlow County Council is close for a planning application for the construction of 8 new homes and 2 apartments in County Carlow.

The planning application was received by the Carlow County Council on the 14th of February 2025, with a planning decision estimated to be taken on the 10th of April 2025.

The location of the planning is set on the Fenagh Road, Ballon, County Carlow.

The planning application was submitted by T Nolan Developments Ltd and the details of the planning application read as follows:

The construction of 4 semi-detached two-storey dwellings.

1 block of 3 terraced townhouse type dwellings & a semi-detached single-storey dwelling.

1 detached single-storey dwelling.

1no. two-storey block with 2no. apartments.

New entrance, parking, connection to mains water, public sewer & stormwater and all associated site development works
