Decision close for developers plan to build an apartment block comprising of 6 apartments in Bagenalstown, Carlow.
The planning permission was submitted by BDN Homes Ltd on the 27th of March 2025.
The proposed location for the apartment block is at The Parade in Bagenalstown.

The construction of a 3 storey block of apartments, comprising of:
Number 2, 1 bedroom apartment and number 4, 2 bedroom apartments.
Construction of a new entrance, onsite parking, connection to mains water, public sewer and stormwater and all associated site development works.
The decision due date for the Carlow County Council has been set on the 21st of May 2025 and details of the decision when it has been made can be found on Carlow Live.
