Carlow gardaí and emergency services have responded to an incident of a single-vehicle road traffic collision on the M9 near junction 6 in Carlow.
A man and a woman, aged in their 40s were both brought to St Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny as a precaution.
The incident occurred at around 7:30pm on the 27th of May 2025.

The information from the Garda Press Office reads:
"Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a single-vehicle road traffic collision on the M9 northbound near Junction 6, Co. Carlow yesterday, Tuesday 27th May 2025.
The incident occurred at around 7.30pm.
A man and a woman, both aged in their 40s, were brought to St Luke’s Hospital in Kilkenny as a precaution.
Investigations are ongoing."
