Planning permission has been submitted for the construction of 46 new homes to be built in built up Carlow Town area.
The planning permission was submitted to the Carlow County Council on the 18th of June 2025.
The planning permission was submitted by Michael Brennan.

The proposed location for the works is on the Kernanstown Link Road, Carlow.
The proposed works in the planning permission are brief but are listed as:
Permission to construct 46 houses and all associated site works.
Currently there is no decision date assigned by the Carlow County Council.
