Plans for four new social homes revealed by the Carlow County Council

Carlow County Council have submitted their plans for the construction of 4 new social homes to be built in County Carlow.

The proposed location of the homes is set as Cúlan Éanna, Sleaty Street, Graiguecullen, County Carlow.

The plans for the new social homes were made available on the 24th of June 2025.

The plans are open for viewing by the public until the 8th of August 2025.

The proposed works that have been submitted by the Carlow County Council are as follows:

Construction of a new social housing development comprising of 4 no. Residential units. 1no. one-bedroom unit with associated carparking space and 3 no. two bedroom units with associated car parking spaces.


New road access to the development via Sleaty street incorporating 2 additional car parking spaces.

Site Development works including pedestrian crossing, public lighting, landscaping, new site boundary treatments, and all ancillary site development works and services.
