Bart the rescue puppy is looking for his forever home at Carlow dog rescue

Carlow/Kilkenny dog shelter has announced recently that they have a nine month old puppy ready to be adopted.

Bart was picked up in Kilkenny around two weeks ago and nobody came to reclaim him.

“We think he is a Pointer Collie Cross but are open to suggestions.

“He is the best boy, he mixes so well with other dogs male and female, he would benefit from having another dog in his new home,” the rescue said.

Carlow dog rescue said that Bart has a great temperament and will make someone a wonderful pet.

The pointed out that he can be a little hand shy but they are working on this.

“His confidence is growing each day and we would love to see him settled in a new home soon, a fully enclosed garden will be required”.
