There will be some "big swings in temperatures over the coming week", says Carlow forecaster, Alan O'Reilly. 

According to www.carlowweather.com, the max temperatures on Tuesday show 13C or 14C but the max for Thursday is just 6C or 7C.

Alan added: "Keep an eye on forecasts if you are dressing for outdoors."
