Large business premises in County Carlow applies for extensive amount of planning works to the Carlow County County Council.

The premises is located on the Dublin Road, Tullowphelim, Tullow, County Carlow.

The application was made by Callan Co-operative Agricultural and Dairy Society Ltd and received by the Carlow County Council on the 16th of October 2024.

The works listed in the planning application are as follows:

The demolition of an existing single storey fuel store (69m2)

Construction of a new electrical switch room (9m2)

The relocation of site access fronting the Dublin Road.

The reconfiguration of the existing car park (1945m2) to include 16 parking spaces including 1 accessible bay and 4 electric vehicle parking spaces as the inclusion of 12 cycle parking spaces.

The relocation of existing automatic car wash and jet wash systems and all associated site development works at the Dublin, Tullowphelim, Tullow, County Carlow.

The decision by the Carlow County Council is due to be made on the 10th of December 2024.
