The snail kingdom of Carlow

Gaelic Escargot is Ireland's first snail farm and the only Research and Development Centre for breeding free-range Irish snails for domestic and international markets. 

Eva Milka of the Carlow-based company recently spoke to celebrity chef, Neven Maguire about the origins of her company and what it is she and her partner produce on their farm. 

The Farm and Research and Development Centre is located in Garryhill, Carlow.
