Carlow business Bramley's Jewellers can remake, reuse and recycle old jewellery into bespoke pieces.
The initiative is part of National Reuse Month which took place in October.
Philip Bramley says they are aware of people's emotional attachments to jewellery and customers can call in to have pieces "re-imagined".
