Carlow Gardaí meet with vintners and give presentation on liquor licensing and crime prevention

Chief Superintendent Dominic Hayes (pictured below) from the Carlow/Kilkenny Division met Carlow Vintners this week as part of his community engagement fora at Carlow Visual.
