Carlow IT tenders for architect led design team for delivery of new building

The proposed building will be circa 2,200M² and three stories
Carlow IT has tendered for an architect led design team for the design and delivery of a new Administration Building on the campus.
The overall gross internal floor area of the proposed building will be circa 2,200M² spread across three stories.
The new building is proposed to be located on the same footprint of an existing two storey prefab which will be required to be demolished as part of the contract and in advance of the new construction works commencing.
The response deadline for bidders is November 12 at 1pm.
