Carlow residents 'live in total fear' due to anti-social behaviour

At the Carlow County Council's November meeting which took place earlier this week, Councillor John Pender spoke up for Carlow residents dealing with anti-social behaviour.

Pender said the local residents are 'living in total fear' due to their neighbours anti-social behaviour. The intimidated party contacted Pender 'crying' due to their situation.

The council sympathised with the residents and urged them to contact Carlow Garda station to report any criminal behaviour.
