St Laurence O'Toole's Men's Relay Team win All Ireland Gold medal at National Championship

The Carlow gold medal team consisted of Vincent McCormack, Ken Archbold, Keith Pollard & Paul Broderick.

Members of the St Laurence O'Toole's athletic club in Carlow were winners of an All Ireland Gold medal in the men's Masters 4x400m relay team.

All Ireland Gold Medal for SLOT. St. Laurence O’Toole’s Masters Mens 4x400m Relay team claimed the All Ireland gold medal on Sunday at the National Championship in Tullamore Harriers.

It was thrilling and highly competitive race against Galway City Harriers, Derry Track AC and City of Derry Spartans. The Carlow gold medal team consisted of Vincent McCormack, Ken Archbold, Keith Pollard & Paul Broderick. The team are the first Masters Men to claim a gold relay medal at All Ireland Champsionship level for the club.
