Carlow Sports Partnership are offering baby friendly fitness classes for mothers in 2024.
The inclusive fitness classes have been designed for mothers of all fitness levels to enjoy.
It will run for a six-week block every Tuesday morning from 10.30am to 11.30am, starting Tuesday 9th January at St. Finacc’s Hall, 3 Maryborough St., Graiguecullen, Co. Carlow (R93P030).
Costing €15 for the six weeks, each class works out at €2.50
