A new volunteer hub in partnership with the Carlow Volunteer Centre will be provided in Graiguecullen through the Building Acquisition Measure under the Government's 2023 Town and Village Renewal Scheme.
The scheme will provide for the purchase of a five-bedroom bungalow in Graiguecullen and its redevelopment for use as a volunteer hub.
Fianna Fáil TD for Carlow-Kilkenny, Jennifer Murnane O’Connor, said 'The redevelopment of this property in Graiguecullen is excellent news and the provision of a new Volunteer Hub in partnership with Carlow Volunteer Centre will be welcomed by everybody in the local area.
