Caffe 500 is one of Carlow's most popular restaurants
Vastly popular Carlow restaurant Caffe 500 shared plans on opening a second restaurant in Kilkenny last night via their Facebook page.
The restaurant located on Kennedy Street in Carlow Town has become a staple in the town and has become one of the most popular places to eat in Carlow.
On the Facebook post owner Luca had this to say: "I was told 'Luca, it doesn’t matter how many dishes you can bring to the table, what matters is knowing how to welcome your customers, making them feel at ease, and understanding what they want.'”
The Facebook post was met with a wave of support from Carlow locals as they wished the owner the best of luck in his new venture.
