Traffic lights out of order
Pedestrian traffic lights are out of order on three busy roads in the centre of Carlow Town this Monday.
The lights on Kennedy Avenue, near Carlow Shopping Centre are not working and the pedestrian traffic lights on Hanover Street and Barrack Street are also out of action.
