Council staff man the phones through the night to take calls from Storm Éowyn

Following the red warning last night some Council staff members spent the night making sure Carlow people were safe
Carlow County Council staff manned the phones over the course of the night to help those who may have been effected during Storm Éowyn.
Following the red warning last night some Council staff members spent the night making sure Carlow people were safe.
