The death has occurred of Martina Stokes (née Maughan) of 31 the Orchards, Tullow Rd, Carlow and formerly Clones, Co Monaghan.
Martina passed away on January 2nd, 2024 at her home.
Beloved wife of James, much loved mother of Tia Rose, Mickey Joe, James and Curtis and adored daughter of Martin and Ann.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughter, parents, her heartbroken brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Carpenters Funeral Home, Shamrock Square, Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) on Thursday, January 4th, from 4pm with removal at 6.30pm to St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen arriving for Prayers at 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Friday at 2pm followed by burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.
The late Kathleen Ryan (née Doyle)
The death has occurred of Kathleen Ryan (née Doyle) of Knockmore, Ballymurphy, Carlow / Wexford / Kilkenny
Kathleen died peacefully on January 3rd, 2024 at the Ashbury Private Nursing Home, Blackrock. Co. Dublin.
Beloved wife of the late Jim, much loved mother of Michael, Eleanor, Brenda, Maureen, Patrick and Sheamus, sister of Eileen and Esther, and the late Maureen and Margaret. She will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Joyce’s Funeral Home (R95 DV76), Borris, Co. Carlow on Friday, January 5th, from 4.00pm to 8:00pm.
Funeral mass on Saturday, January 6th, at 12:00pm in St Patrick’s Church, Ballymurphy (R95 HR28), followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of James Murphy of “Kilmacar”, Oak Park Rd., Carlow and formerly of Wexford Town, Wexford.
James passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on January 2nd, 2024, at his home.
Beloved husband of Mary, much loved father of Justin, Rebekah, Robert, Hilary, James and Maria and cherished brother of Gerard and the late Frank, Monica and Charlie.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, his 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Removal on Friday at 9.30am to The Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am.
Funeral afterwards to St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow for burial.
