Funeral arrangements set for Wexford man following tragic hit and run in Carlow

Funeral arrangements have been set for the Wexford man, Tom Connors following his tragic passing in hit and run incident in County Carlow. 

The incident which occurred at Sandbook, a local road between Rathoe and Ballon. The incident involved a collision between motorbike and a car. With the occupants of the car failing to remain at the scene and the car that was involved being found by Gardaí, burnt out at the location.

Tributes have been paid on the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows: 

"Sincere condolences to Bridgie and the girls on the loss of their beloved Tom. Thinking of you all at this difficult time."

Another reads: "To all of toms family you have my deepest sympathy on the death of Tom I hope the angels bring Tom to his eternal home safely rest in peace Tom."

A third post reads: "Our heart felt sympathy to the Connors family may Tom rest in peace."

Funeral Arrangements 

Reposing at Murphy's Funeral Home, The Avenue, Gorey, on Saturday 27th April from 2 p.m. with removal at 4 p.m. to The Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Bunclody arriving for Reception Prayers at 6 p.m. Funeral Mass on Sunday 28th April at 12 noon followed by burial in Calgary Cemetery, Bunclody.
