RIP: Tributes paid to Carlow man 'who will be missed by all' following his passing

Bill Fenlon - Carlow Town - Wednesday 16th April 2025

Tributes have been paid following the passing of Bill Fenlon of Pollerton Road, Carlow.

Bill passed away at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, following a brief illness on Wednesday 16th April 2025.

Beloved husband of Margaret, much loved father of Mark and adoring grandfather of Kaia. Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter-in-law Sorcha, granddaughter, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Tributes have been paid in the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows: 

"So sorry for your loss, Margaret. Had many a chat with Bill at the Gorey Craft Fair. A true gentleman who will be missed by all who regularly pass through the Fair."

Another reads:

"Very sad Margaret to hear the news about Billy -I will treasure the memories of so many happy times always laughing and having the craic"

Funeral Arrangements

Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Good Friday from 4pm to 7pm. A private cremation will take place at a later time.
