Teresa Mannion (nee Martin) of 169 New Oak Estate, Carlow passed away peacefully, on August 31st, 2018, at The Sacred Heart Hospital, Carlow.

Former wife of the late John Mannion.

She will be sadly missed by her loving nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros. Funeral Home, Barrack St., Carlow from 4pm on Sunday with Prayers at 8pm. Removal on Monday at 10.30am to The Holy Family Church, Askea arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am.

Burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery, Carlow.

20 New Oak Estate, Carlow Town, Carlow / Enniscorthy, Wexford 

Gretta (Margaret) Lawlor,(nee Cogley) of 20 New Oak Estate, Carlow and formerly of St. Aidan’s Villas, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on August 31st, 2018, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.

Beloved wife of Michael, much loved mother of Sean, David and the late Christopher, adored grandmother of Craig, Megan, Sapphire and Phoenix and great-grandmother of Harry and Bailey.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law Caroline, Debbie and Linda, brothers Jim, George and Michael, sister Breda, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Barrack St., Carlow from 2pm on Monday with Prayers at 8pm. Removal on Tuesday at 9.30am to The Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am.

Burial afterwards in St Marys Cemetery, Carlow.

Pat Doyle, Milebush, Castlebar, 1st September 2018, late of Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow, Kilkenny Garda Station, Waterford Garda Station, Templemore Training College and Retired Superintendent at Westport Garda Station. Peacefully, at his residence. Predeceased by his daughter Corrina and brother John. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Bernie, daughters Elaine and Emma, sons-in-law John and Enda, brothers Albert and Michael, sisters Mary, Ann, Julie and Helen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Ben, Lucy, Mia and Alex, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Remains reposing at his residence this Monday evening from 4pm until 8pm with removal from his residence on Tuesday morning at 10am to St. Aloysius' Church, Breaffy, Castlebar for funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Breaffy Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Palliative Care Team, Castlebar, c/o Thomas Moran & Sons, Funeral Director.

In her 95th year. In the loving care of the staff at Hillview Nursing Home, Carlow. Pre-deceased by her husband Paddy. Deeply regretted by her loving daughter Catherine, sons Jimmy, Terry and Pat, daughter-in-law Bernadine, son-in-law Tom, cousins, grand-children, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Rest In Peace

Reposing at her residence (Eir Code R93 C3K4) from 2pm on Monday with Rosary at 9pm. Removal at 1.30pm on Tuesday afternoon to arrive at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Arles for Requiem Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Jerry Clarke died peacefully at his home surrounded by his family after a short illness. Beloved husband of Noreen and much loved father of Shane, Fiona and Ciaran. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, brother Tom, sister Kathleen, daughter-in-law Breege, grandchildren Rebecca, John and Le, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home (Eircode R21 XK88) from 2pm on Monday followed by removal at 6.30pm to the Church of the Holy Family, Askea, to arrive for 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.

William (Bill) Canavan (The Buller), formerly of Tullow, Co. Carlow, passed away peacefully, on September 2nd, 2018, at Hillview Nursing Home, Carlow. Husband of the late Nell and much loved father of Laurence and Martina and adored grandfather of Dawn, Lee, Kylie, Padraig, William, Paul and Clara. He will be sadly missed by his loving son, daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-law Pat, daughter-in-law Pauline, brother Hughie, sisters Anna-Mary, Lena, Perry, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
