Mai (Mary) McGrath (née Kane) of 16 St. Patrick’s Avenue, Carlow, passed away unexpectedly on April 15th 2019, at her home.
Beloved wife of the late Billy, much loved mother of Betty and Tony, adored grandmother of Lisa, Karen, Tina, Gary and Stephen and cherished sister of Johnny, P.J and the late Mick, Tom, Martin, Kathleen and Ina.
She will be sadly missed by her loving son, daughter, grandchildren and their partners, great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law Kay, son-in-law Freddy, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, good neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Barrack St., from 12 noon on Tuesday with Prayers at 8p.m. Removal on Wednesday at 10.30a.m to The Holy Family Church, Askea, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11a.m. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.

Dr. Brendan M. Doyle died April 13th 2019 (peacefully) at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, surrounded by his family, following a short illness. Beloved father of Maria, Brendan, Stephanie and the late Elaine and adoring grandfather to Annie. Sadly missed by his children, Vonnie, son-in-law Christian, daughter-in-law Noeleen, sister Sally, brothers Larry and Mark, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and many friends.

Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle, Carlow (Eircode R93 TC53) on Monday (April 15th) from 5pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday (April 16th) at 11am in the Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
