Bernadette (Ber) Dempsey (née Dargan) of 38 New Oak Estate, Carlow and formerly Coneyboro, Athy, Co. Kildare, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, on May 15th, 2019.
Beloved wife of Charlie, much loved mother of Keith, Brian, Mark and Enda, adored grandmother of Aaron, Lorcan, Nancy and Jack, and cherished sister of Michael.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, grandchildren, daughters-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May Ber Rest In Peace
Reposing at Carpenter Bros. Funeral Home, Barrack St., Carlow from 4pm on Friday with Prayers at 8pm. Removal on Saturday at 9.45am to The Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Pallative Care Unit, St. Luke’s Hospital. Kilkenny.

Tony Connell, died (peacefully) at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny after a short illness. Beloved husband of the late Maureen and grandfather of the late Aisling. Sadly missed by his loving sons Noel and Paul, daughters Lorraine Hynes, Karen English, Tina, Barbara Castres and Clare, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Friday (May 17th) from 4pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 1pm in the Cathedral of the Assumption. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
