Diversions in place in Carlow after serious accident on M9

Carlow County Council has issued a serious Road Traffic Accident (RTA) on the M9 between Junction 4 Prumplestown and Junction 5 Tinryland.

Both sides of the M9 are closed, all motorway traffic is being diverted through Carlow Town.
