Fountain in Carlow full of foam as forecaster says 'joke never gets old for the students'

The fountain at the Liberty Tree in Carlow Town is full of foam and it is blowing all over the place and on to the roundabout.
Carlow weatherman, Alan O'Reilly, highlighted the issue on social media.
He said: "A foamy looking fountain in Carlow, the joke never gets old for the students."
