Carlow 2-10 Wicklow 2-10
The Carlow senior footballers came back from three points down to earn a hard-fought draw against Wicklow in the first round of the Allianz Football League Division 4 at Netwatch Cullen Park on Saturday.
Carlow were reduced to 14 men after Conor Doyle picked up a yellow card at the start of the second half but Niall Carew's side battled admirably to get their first point on the board.
Carlow's next league outing sees them face Waterford away from home next weekend.
